Payments
We accept the following secure payment methods:
- UPI
- Debit/Credit Card
- Net Banking
- Paytm / Google Pay / PhonePe
- PayPal (subject to a 10% processing fee)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (available for select locations with ₹80 cash handling charges)
For direct bank transfers, please mention your order ID or contact number in the transaction remarks to help us trace your payment and confirm your order quickly.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days, except for:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Pre-orders
- Orders with special instructions
Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volume or delays beyond our control, we will notify you via email or phone
Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines
- Free shipping across India
- Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location
- In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to courier or logistical challenges
- If an order cannot be delivered within 45 days, we will process a full refund
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available at most serviceable pin codes with an additional fee of ₹80.
COD is not available for customized or made-to-order jewellery.
International Shipping
- Shipping charges apply and vary by country (typically ₹900–₹3000)
- International shipping timelines will be shared at the time of order

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp update with your tracking ID. Tracking will typically be active within 24 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All domestic shipments are tax-paid—you do not need to pay anything extra at delivery.
For international orders, Vinayak Gems and Jewellery is not responsible for customs charges, import duties, or local taxes. Any additional charges must be borne by the customer.
