At Vinayak Gems and Jewellery, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help — within the guidelines of our return and refund policy outlined below.
Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In case of an approved exchange or replacement, the new product will be delivered within 5–7 working days.
To be eligible for a return: *
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- It must be returned in original packaging, along with any certificates of authenticity, if applicable
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:

- Customized jewellery (engraved, resized, or made-to-order pieces)
- Earrings and Nose Pins
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, To initiate an exchange:

Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 4 working days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 72 working hours
